Our Program
We are a play-based, non-academic, child centered program with: long periods of uninterrupted free time, few restrictions on exploration, parents acting as facilitators, and we encourage lots of outdoor time in our beautiful outdoor play area. Through fun hands-on experiences children learn about visual art, language arts, science, cooking, drama, gardening and physical motor skills. Adults learn positive parenting and positive discipline skills from certified Parent Educators who teach 2-3 classes per month. Because parents invest time and energy in the administration of our preschool’s program, tuition remains inexpensive and affordable.
Caterpillars Program — 2 yrs - 4yrs:
Attend school four days a week: Monday,Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 to 12:00pm. Each parent has one workday per week from 8:30am-12:15pm and acts as a facilitator for students in their exploration and discovery play. Every other week students participate in a gymnastics program at Adventure Recreation on Wednesdays from 9:00 to 9:45am. Parents will sign up for some gymnastics work days in addition to their regular work day.**

Parents attend one class day/week 8:30am-12:15pm
Butterflies Program — 4-5 yrs:
Attend school four days a week: Monday,Tuesday, Wednesday*, Thursday and Friday 9:00 to 12:00pm. Each parent has one workday per week from 8:30am-12:15pm and acts as a facilitator for students in their exploration and discovery play. Every other week students participate in a gymnastics program at Adventure Recreation on Wednesdays from 9:00 to 9:45am. Parents will sign up for some gymnastics work days in addition to their regular work day.** In addition to the bi-weekly gymnastics, they get to go on fieldtrips (location to be determined) on non-gymnastics Wednesdays Parents sign up to participate in field trips as needed.

*9:00-9:45am gymnastics or Butterfly field trips on alternate Wednesdays.
**Parent workdays are from 8:30am-12:15pm. This includes time for morning prep and after school clean-up.
